Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Please notify us at support@badbilli.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send you a replacement. 

What sizes and papers do you offer?

We currently offer greeting cards in:

  • A3 and A4 sizes
  • Photo Paper, Epson Archival Paper, and Hahnemule Archival Paper

And framed prints in:
